We are seeking strategic
partners to develop the following technologies:
HYBRID ENGINE
We developed this engine to solve a need we had for a high
power aircraft engine for a VTOL aircraft we have designed.
We needed an engine that is light weight and very small in
size. We also wanted the engine to be long wearing and reliable.
We achieved these design criteria and more.
Our approach is “outside of the box”. Our result
is an engine with vastly improved performance that is efficient
and clean. In addition we are able to manufacture the engine
inexpensively.
Features
• One main moving part
• Expected output 350 horsepower
• Small and Scaleable
• Fuel efficient
• Self cooling
• Has good throttle response through second half of
rev range
Benefits
• Can be developed now with common materials
• Easy to manufacture
• Huge savings in manufacturing costs
• Can be utilized in a number of industries and markets
• With ceramic bearings it would be extremely long wearing
Markets
• Originally designed as an aircraft engine
• Perfect for marine applications.
• Micro version possible for personal power
• Small unit (dinner plate size) approx. 50H.P. is suitable
for UAV and motorcycle engines
Development Stage
We have built 2 prototypes and a video of the engine operating
is available Click VIDEO
DEMONSTRATION
Short Term Plan
Build and test several prototypes for aircraft, marine, stationary
and hybrid automotive applications
Build and test smaller prototypes suitable for UAV (unmanned
Aerial Vehicle) applications
Reach a target output of 350 horsepower (single rotor version)
with exceptional torque
Medium Term Plan
Stage 1
Working Prototypes – Demonstration models, data collection
and validation, market exploration and development
Time: Year 1
Stage 2
Develop stationary, hybrid automotive (electro-mechanical)
and small aircraft engine
Develop multi-rotor model for high output marine applications
(initial target 1,000 H.P.)
Install engine in a test-bed marine vessel
Development of ceramic rotor model
Commence manufacturing and sales
Time: Year 2
Stage 3
Large scale manufacturing and market expansion
Hybrid gas/electric vehicle
Aircraft applications
Time: Year 3
Our aim is to manufacture the engine using ceramics. We have
a design for the machine to do the ceramic molding at a reduced
cost. However in the short term it can be manufactured using
titanium alloy and steel.
Our Requirements
A Joint Venture opportunity is offered, with a mutually agreeable
buy in price for the technology. The investor’s current
infrastructure would have a major bearing on funds required.
Funding would be used for developing and building the demonstration
model and associated operational costs.
